Position:
Graduate Account Manager
Job Description:
Claim Capital is on the hunt for a Graduate Account Manager to build and nurture long-term, trusting relationships with our clients. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee the portfolio of startups and SMEs that we work with, work directly with the R and D Tax Credits team to facilitate the R & D claim, as well as develop new business opportunities from establishing strong connections through our clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Onboard the new R & D claim clients and get the R & D claim underway in a clear and efficient manner.

Be the primary point of contact for your research and development tax relief clients.

Liaise with our R and D Tax Credits Specialists and clients to ensure sufficient Technical and Financial Information is collated, ready to input into the R & D claim.

Manage and own the CRM System for your R&D Tax Relief clients.

Build strong relationships with each of the clients, ensuring they know that they're a valued member of the Claim Capital community.

Obtain feedback from clients upon a successful R&D Tax Credit claim submission.

Work productively with other team members to put forward and implement useful processes to help optimise Claim Capital’s R and D tax credits service from the client's perspective.
Candidate Requirements:

On-track to achieve or has achieved a 2:1 Bachelor's Degree or higher

Proactive and motivated individual seeking to take on responsibility and bring new ideas to the business

Ability to confidently manage relationships and communication with C-level executives within startups and SMEs

Proficient experience with Microsoft Office (particularly Microsoft Word & Excel)

Demonstrated experience delivering client-focused solutions to meet personalised customer needs

Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential to being successful in this role, alongside high-level time-management and organisation
Salary:
£24,000 + Monthly Performance Bonus Scheme
