Claim Capital is an innovative R&D Tax Credit & Grant Writing specialist which has built a marketing leading offering over a number of years. Now we're looking to expand our fast growing team by finding a talented Account Manager to further support our growth.

Claim Capital is looking for an Account Manager in our London Office. This position is critical to ensure Claim Capital continues on a similar trajectory to what we’ve seen in recent years (290% client growth in 2020!).

 

Job Description

 

Claim Capital is looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our clients. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of clients, develop new business from existing clients, and actively seek new sales opportunities.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role

  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation, including executive and C-level

  • Ability to manage C-level relationships within startups and SMEs

  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Monday.com, Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Word & MS Excel)

  • Knowledge and experience in B2B sales or marketing

  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs

  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail

  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Bachelor Degree or higher

 

Salary: £25,000 + Bonus Scheme
