Growth Marketing Executive


Claim Capital is the fastest growing Innovation Funding Specialist in the UK (290% client growth in 2020!), which has built a marketing leading offering in R&D Tax Credits & Grant Writing services over a number of years.


Our team has quadrupled in size in the past 6 months alone and we’re looking to expand once more with our first Marketing hire at Claim Capital.


Job Description


Claim Capital is looking for a Marketing Executive who is a strategic thinker and an action-taker to join our London office. In our eyes, this will be a “T-shaped marketer”, as you’ll be responsible for end to end execution- create, publish, review and reflect, experiment and optimise again.


You will have the opportunity to grow your own team, your own marketing function and be mentored directly by the senior management team.


This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to wear multiple marketing hats and own the end-to-end Marketing operation, so any previous experience and demonstration of excelling in a B2B-marketing environment is critical.




  • Leading the end-to-end Marketing operation at Claim Capital, working with Senior Management to plan, execute and deliver a high-performing marketing strategy.

  • Create multi-channel content that educates and inspires our target audience.

  • Sharing the same content on various social platforms.

  • Creating and maintaining the Claim Capital website.

  • Managing and being responsible for our inbound and outbound lead generation using Google AdWords, LinkedIn & Facebook.

  • Taking client FAQs and building them into a resource library.

  • Launching, recruiting and managing our monthly B2B Tech events.

  • Ensuring there is commonality in branding across all online and offline environments.

  • Producing 1-pagers, brochures, blogs, reports and customer case studies.

  • Manage preparation for any speaking requests, podcasts or on-stage appearances.

  • Help senior management announce new partnerships and set up events




  • A self-starter who is motivated, has a passion for learning and is comfortable wearing multiple “marketing hats”

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Comprehensive understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Goals and PPC advertising (Google AdWords, LinkedIn & Facebook)

  • Enjoys testing & learning how to continually optimise marketing approach

  • Excellent understanding of CRM best practice – plan, build, send and measure (Hubspot experience preferable)

  • Working knowledge of website design, optimising journey for lead flow with CTAs

  • Creative writing, video scripting and basic editing

  • Enjoys producing branded company materials and presentations

  • Actively manage Webinars and events

  • Advanced IT skills – Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Photoshop etc

  • Data literate and able to understand and use the output of data visualisation tools and dashboards; Google Analytics and report building skills would be an advantage

  • [Not Essential] Google Ads Qualifications and/or Facebook Blueprint Qualification

  • [Not Essential] No experience of our industry is required but a background in financial service marketing would be a plus
